Biography

Born in southwestern Germany near the French border, I later relocated to the vibrant city of Hamburg to pursue studies in industrial engineering and management. It was during this academic journey that I discovered my passion for management consulting, fascinated by its potential to address a spectrum of ever-changing challenges.

Embarking on my professional journey at Kearney, I immersed myself in procurement projects, guiding companies through market navigation, spending optimization, and becoming captivated by the intricacies of negotiation.

Transitioning to The Gap Partnership (TGP), I started as a delivery consultant, conducting impactful training sessions. During this phase, I collaborated with Adrien, Marc, and Jan, unknowingly laying the foundation for our current endeavours. Evolving in my role, I specialized in negotiation consulting before advancing to becoming the Head of Consulting for the EMEA region.

After more than 12 fulfilling years at The Gap, in 2023, I took the bold step by joining Impact Negotiation Group. This transition allows me to leverage my extensive background, contribute to the evolution of negotiation practices, and reunite with former colleagues. I find immense satisfaction in assisting our clients in navigating their most challenging negotiation scenarios on a daily basis.

On a personal note, I relish the joys of travel, having spent a year and a half living abroad. Happily married and a proud father to a young son, who not only occupies a significant part of our time but also provides a unique platform to refine negotiation skills beyond the commercial realm. The culinary arts bring me joy, and I often find myself preparing meals for my family.

Balancing professional pursuits with family life is a dynamic challenge that I embrace wholeheartedly, reflecting the diverse challenges encountered throughout my career.
