Aanrader, fantastisch waardevolle workshop om een impactvolle onderhandelaar te worden. Goede balans met informatie ontvangen en zelf aan de slag gaan dmv een case. Adrien weet precies op het juiste moment er een case in te gooien, wanneer je merkt dat je even inkakt bijv na lunch. Heel waardevol dat je wordt opgenomen op video en dit samen met de groep te analyseren. Daar gaat veel tijd in zitten, maar is heel leerzaam. Goede manier om je bewust te zijn van je verbale en non verbale gedrag, en hoe te verbeteren.
